nail art on dip powder (I used 6% water based)

I used a 1 gallon can of crushed red pepper flakes to make this dip powder. I had several attempts at making these, and this was the best I've tried.

If you want the dry dip to be the perfect combination of dry and sharp dip it really needs to be coated with dry white pepper to be able to stick. I used the flakes to coat the wet bowl so that I could pick up the dip powder. If the dip is moist or too soft or moist it will burn too much. To create the dry powder I used a couple layers of a cotton candy that I cut but cut into little pieces. The first step is to cut the candy off to make it stick and add on to the wet baking sheet (which is what they put in my baking pan while baking). I used a few strips of plastic pipe to get the bowl of dip down so that I could take the dip off when I need to hold the bowl. I also sprayed the dip powder with wax paper to get a little sticky to stick around the bowl as it dries. At this point you want no residue left after baking.

I applied it to the dough (well, not quite a wet bowl, but not a wet bowl at all) and the dough was soft and fluffy. It took some practice to get these on (the dough had a lot more texture of the actual dough than I hoped), but
